"I was so pleased with Kayla and her staff. She kept me up-to-date with everthing that was going on. There was never a probelm and I had nothing to do but sign my contracts. I also did very well with her regarding the sales handling of my condo. I have recommended her to my former neighbors in case they decide to sell there condos."

"I would highly recommend working with Kayla! Buying a house can be a very challenging field, so many different factors come into play, but Kayla is such a pleasure to go through the process with and she is so helpful! We found her to be very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and in general very easy to work with. She did a fantastic job negotiating with the seller for us, as well. "We viewed down-sizing from our suburban Center Hall Colonial home (of 45 years) to be a daunting prospect. So we assembled a team of recommended professionals for help and advice. The best decision that we made was to interview and then hire as our realtor Kayla Wiederman and her extensive team at Q Home Sales, Pomona NY. Kayla explained the process, helped us value, photograph and list our home, managed our expectations, conducted two open houses, did local and internet marketing, and held many agent reviews and prospective buyer visits. The result was the sale of our home -- with the least amount of anxiety and at a very satisfactory price. Surprise gifts aside, Kayla's group knew the local market's dynamics, brought in multiple buyers, and, importantly, knew how best to treat clients like us. We enthusiastically recommend Kayla and Q Home Sales to friends and others interested in selling their homes, too."

"Would highly recommend anyone buying a house to reach out to Kayla and experience the great experience that we had dealing with her as our broker. Her service/honesty/patients are phenomenal & fantastic. You can see the great experience she has in her field and she understands what the client interests are. She doesn't waste time and is very devoted to satisfy the customer. We are extremely satisfied with her service !!! Working with Kayla was truly a pleasure- she was very reliable and 100% on point- even with a bump in the road she worked her hardest to make it all work out- she definitely goes above and beyond to help the process be as smooth as possible. Selling or buying can be very stressful but not with her!!! I would highly recommend her to any family or friends looking to sell or buy!!!!! I really can not say enough about her!!!!"
